Feasibility & quote
Written response: feasible or not, in what format, at what minimum quantity, at what indicative price. Free of charge.
Formulation & sample
We develop or adapt the formula and send a physical sample. Two or three rounds of adjustments are common.
Regulatory dossier
Cosmetics: safety report and PIF. Supplements: label and claim review. Nothing is produced before that.
Production
Mixing or emulsifying, filling, sealing, labeling, cartoning. A 50% deposit initiates the batch, the balance before shipment.
Storage & shipping
Your stock remains with us free of charge. We deliver to you, or we ship your customer orders one by one.
Lead time
Where we stand in relation to the market.
In the white-label market, expect 3 to 5 weeks for a cosmetic sample and 4 to 6 weeks for a supplement, followed by 4 to 12 weeks of production depending on the product family. We fall within this range, toward the lower end for cosmetics, because the sample never leaves the building.
- Feasibility response: 2 to 3 business days

Payment
Why we require a deposit.
A white-label batch involves purchasing your raw materials and packaging before a single unit even exists. We require a 50% deposit upon ordering to fund this purchase, with the balance due before shipping. This is what allows us to accept small production runs.

The questions for the first call.
Can I use my own formula?
Yes. We produce it under confidentiality and do not sell it to anyone else. Ownership is specified in the quote before the first batch.
Will you expand the formula for me?
Yes. Tell us what the product should do, for whom, and at what price point. Development is quoted separately and ownership of the result is agreed upon in writing.
And what if I only need 100 units?
That is our minimum, and it is intentional. Most laboratories start at 3,000. Starting small is the way to know if the product sells.
And what if I need 50,000 units?
We have no volume cap. Batch size adapts to the project; it is the lead times for raw materials that then become the limiting factor, not the workshop.
Can you manage my Shopify orders?
Yes. You add us as a collaborator on your shop, we see the orders and ship them from the lab. CHF 4.– per B2C order plus shipping at the actual rate.
Do you make capsules or tablets?
Neither. Sticks, sachets, powders, creams, balms, serums, and oils only.
