The same team that weighs the raw materials also fills the bottles and applies the labels. This allows us to adjust a shade or viscosity on the fly, rather than restarting a three-week cycle with an outside contractor.

If you provide a formula, we produce it and do not sell it to anyone else. If we develop one for you, we put in writing who it belongs to before the first batch — in the quote, not in a conversation.
