Before writing.
Can we visit the laboratory?
Yes, by appointment. Many clients come to see the workshop before starting an initial run—that's often what makes the decision.
Is the feasibility response really free?
Yes. The formulation work and prototypes have been quoted; as for answering whether we can manufacture your product, no.
I am already selling this product elsewhere. Can you resume production?
Often, yes. Send the formula and the current label. We will tell you what transfers as is and what needs to change for Swiss production.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes, upon request, before you send anything. Confidentiality is also included by default in every quote.
Do you work with clients outside of Switzerland?
Most of our growth comes from outside Switzerland — the EU, the Middle East, and Asia. Our Swiss origin is generally the reason they come to us.
